A nice 3 bedroomed house in a desirable areal of Nottingham near the River Trent.

This Edwardian house has 3 bedroom, many original features and a nice garden. The house has a modern kitchen and a separate dining room. The main bedroom has a large super king size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedrooms has a standard double bed.
The house is a two minute walk to the River Trent for nice walks in the meadows. West Bridgford is a very desirable area to live, with a park, cafes, restaurants, a real ale pub and shops. It is a 5 minute walk through the park to get there. Buses run frequently in to the city centre and station. Nottingham County Cricket Ground is only 5 minutes walk from the house. The Peak District is only an hours drive away for nice days out.

West Bridgford is a lovely place to live. We live on a very quiet road that is lined with trees, Victorian and Edwardian and houses. The river is only a few minutes walk from the house and is used by walkers, cyclists, runners and dog walkers.
West Bridgford is only 5 minutes walk and has great cafes and restaurants. There is a real ale pub and two others 10 minutes away. There is a small food Marks and Spenser's and other independent shops, including two book shops. Buses run frequently to town where there is a fantastic independent cinema, the Contemporary Art Gallery and newly refurbished Nottingham Castle.
